Job Description:
1. Book-keeping
2. Transaction posting
3. Reporting
  - Weekly bank account and AR aging reports
  - Monthly financial statements generating and reporting
  - Annual Budget reporting
  - Annual fix asset check and confirmation
4. Monthly book closing
  - Preliminary Sales Report
  - Bank reconciliation
  - IC balances review and confirmation
  - Prepaid schedule preparation
  - Depreciation schedule preparation and posting
  - P&L review and variance analysis
  - BS review and variance analysis
  - Financial statements preparation
5. Tax
  - Sales tax preparing and reporting
  - 1099 preparing and filing
  - Annual business property tax filing
  - Annual payroll tax reconciliation
  - Annual SOS company registration renew
  - Income tax communication, report and document preparing
6. Auditing
  - Annual Internal auditing sample preparing
  - External auditing support for auditing statement


Requirements:
- Quickbooks Expert
- Strong MS Excel
- CPA Preferred
- 5 Years Corporate Accounting Experience
- Language: Fluent in both English & Mandarin (a must)
- US Authorized Worker
